HAPPY 236th BIRTHDAY, MARINE!!

The year 2011 has brought us the 70th Anniversary (7 December 1941) of the Attack on Pearl Harbor and the 10th Anniversary (11 September 2001) of  the Attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon & a Field in Pennsylvania!

The four events bring forward in our memories the Two Most Tragic and Horrific Terrorist Attacks on U.S. soil in United States history.

The tribute point this year from the Commandant of the Marine Corps & the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps is the strength of all Marines… INDOMITABLE SPIRIT!

“INDOMITABLE SPIRIT” is the core of the United States Marine Corps and all Marines!

Socrates once said: “Ordinary people seem not to realize that those who really apply themselves in the right way to philosophy are directly and of their own accord preparing themselves for dying and death”.

Since 1775, the United States Marines have made the world a safer and better  place to live by doing just that.

I wished to share some of my favorite quotes & terms about the United States Marines…

I can honestly say that there is no truer calling than to be a United States Marine.

There is only one thing in this world that I hold near and dear to my heart…. Family, which includes every United States Marine (which, I too am proud to claim “The Title”).

This which has always been and will continue to be one of my most cherished accomplishment.

As a final note, in history, as always there is a war on somewhere in the world and the UNITED STATES MARINES are ALWAYS there to PROTECT THOSE WHO CANNOT PROTECT THEMSELVES!

“SEMPER FIDELIS” or “Semper Fi” as it has come to be known, is the Marines motto and it means “Always Faithful”!

 I have always believed this to be true.

 SEMPER FIDELIS… is a Way of Life!!

Methamphetamine is also normally found in other illegal drugs like MDMA, Ecstacy, Adam, XTC, and MDM.

Ephedrine is a stimulant and widely used for weight loss, as an energy booster, and to enhance athletic performance. These products often contain other stimulants, such as caffeine, which may have synergistic effects and increase the potential for adverse effects in the body. Ephedrine is used in many dangerous narcotics often refered to as “Designer Drugs” like MDMA (Ecstasy), Ketamine, GHB, Rohypnol, LSD (acid), and methamphetamine. These drugs may also be referred to as ìclub drugsî because of their use in night clubs. Since many designer drugs are created in illegal labs, their ingredients and potency (how strong they are) vary a lot, making it nearly impossible to know what is actually in them or what they can do to you. For example, Ecstasy tablets are often contaminated with other things, like ephedrine (used to treat allergies and asthma), ketamine (an injected anesthetic used for surgeries and by animal vets), and drug labs used to make methamphetamine (another illicit drug).

GHB, Rohypnol, Ketamine and MDMA (ecstasy) have been used to commit sexual assaults and become known as the ìDate Rape” drug due to their ability to sedate and incapacitate unsuspecting victims, preventing them from resisting sexual assault.

This test can be performed on a suspected liquid (drink) or powder substance.
